1. Right-click
the section you want to deploy the folder that the file ac
cess.
2. Select the
'sharing' or 'sharing and security'

'share this folder to the network' or directly specify a folder display name.
4. Choose which

full access if you allow others to edit or delete the data and add files to be
shared folders. Select read only if the other person can only be browsed or
copy files only.
